Shipping Policies & Timeframes
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, for items shipped from our facility, will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Most supplies ship directly from our state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, OH. Some specialty items may ship directly from the manufacturer. These products are clearly marked with "May Ship Directly from the Manufacturer." on the product page.
Shipping Methods
We exclusively use UPS for all our shipments to ensure reliable and trackable delivery. During checkout, you'll see available UPS shipping methods and estimated delivery dates based on your location.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin when your order ships, not when it's placed. Transit times may be affected by factors beyond our control including weather and carrier delays.
