It's an ideal foundation for students interested in lighting control. Includes an ETCnomad 512 dongle and a Gadget II USB to DMX Interface.
Hopping from gig to gig and can't bring your console with you? Doing the lighting in a venue whose desk has seen better days? That's where ETCnomad control comes in. Small enough to fit on your keychain, ETCnomad plugs into your computer and opens up the power of both Cobalt and Eos software, so you can program and run shows anywhere.
ETCnomad can serve as a primary controller, a backup, or a client device - or work offline entirely - operating on either a PC platform running Microsoft Windows 7 or higher or natively on a Mac (Intel processor) running Mavericks or later.
Note: The Nomad Base Kit featured here supports 1024 outputs when used with EOS Version 2.9 or higher. Earlier versions of EOS will only support 512 outputs.

- ETCnomad 512 Dongle and Gadget II USB to DMX Interface
- 2 DMX universes
- Computer-based lighting control software, USB key allows output from Eos or Cobalt software on your computer
- Output DMX via Ethernet (sACN/Net3/ArtNet), or Gadget USB to DMX Interface
- Works with Eos/Cobalt Programming Wings, Eos/Cobalt Motorized Fader Wings, Universal Fader Wings (PC only), and OSC Controllers
- Supports iRFR, aRFR, Net3 Show Control and I/O Gateways
- Up to three fader wings may be used
- NOTE: One caveat is that the redesigned Gadget II boxes will NOT ship with RDM or Device Firmware update via DMX ports. Those features will be reenabled via a firmware update in early 2023.
One Per Customer Limit
- This offer is good for one Education Package per eligible customer, period, the end. If you move schools, take yours with you, you cannot buy a second one at the Educational Edition price.
