About the Stage Guard
Most orchestra pit falls happen before or after a performance when crews are going about their work. This is especially true when lighting is low and fastpaced activity is at its peak.
InCord’s Stage Guard net anchors behind the stage walls, spanning the entire width of the stage at the proscenium. The net can be easily deployed or taken down in just a couple of minutes and store compactly off-stage when not in use.
Stage Guard is made from highly visible InCord M1250 High Tenacity Polypropylene yellow netting with a Dyneema® tension rope providing enough strength to stop a runaway equipment cart.
The installed height of Stage Guard is 42 inches and the system can be made to any length.
Because Stage Guard is a suspended system, it does not leave a footprint on the stage floor.
When not in use, the net is retracted and compactly stowed.
The barrier net system including hardware is easily installed using standard hand tools.
Stage Guard attaches to four anchor points on each side of the stage.

Testimonials
Mike Sivo - TD, Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts
"We are all very safety conscious here. I will say the Stage Guard safety net across the front's a biggie, which we use daily. We keep it in a barrel offstage and it goes up in about a minute. It's a good expense to make and you keep your people safe."
Michael Metzdorf - DP, Hobby Center for the Performing Arts
"It was probably one of the easiest purchasing decisions I've ever made, because there was a definite need. "
Adriane Heflin - TD, Children's Theatre Company
"Incord has been fantastic and from what I know, they are one of the few companies that do this for our purposes. You should never, ever, ever skimp on safety. It's just not worth it."
