Important COVID-19 Shipping Information

We have been advised by our shipping partners that guaranteed shipping dates currently have been suspended due to the current COVID-19 pandemic

As the effects of the Coronavirus impact our business infrastructure, shipping companies continue to seek guidance from local, state, and federal government entities to ensure that they full align with current regulations. FEDEX and UPS are committed to continuing operations globally except when and where constrained by government restrictions.

  • FedEx has suspended their money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight and FedEx Office services effective immediately until further notice.
  • They have also suspended Signature Required for most shipments.
  • Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS Service Guarantee has been suspended for all shipments from any origin to any destination.
  • Commitment times for UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® services scheduled for delivery on or after March 30, 2020 will be extended to end-of-day until further notice.

Please keep this in mind when placing orders. ProAdv will attempt to get all rush orders out in a timely fashion, but we cannot control shipments once they leave our facility. Orders that are drop-shipped from our distributors or manufacturers are subject to both shipping restrictions and potentially local restrictions / shelter-in-place orders.
